Mexico - Veracruz

Famous for its rich history, beautiful beaches, and fertile soil, the state of Veracruz is also known as the true home of vanilla. Farther to the south, bordering Guatemala, Chiapas is also the birthplace of another beloved bean: cacao. Through our collaboration with select local farmers, we bring you Mexico’s gastronomic treasures, direct from the source: vanilla, cacao, and chili piquin.

Madagascar

With its tropical climate and wide range of flavourful natural produce, it is no surprise that most of our spices are sourced from farms located on the African country island. Madagascar is most famous for its fine range of spices like vanilla, cinnamon, and peppercorn.

India - Wayanad

Our farms in India are nestled high among the mist-capped mountains, in the woodlands region of  Wayanad, on the Western Ghats of Kerala. A tiny strip of land with mesmerising sceneries and  exotic spices, Kerala was at the heart of the ancient spice trade. 

United Kingdom - Perry Hill Farm

Our fresh spices are transported from the farms in different parts of the world to our facility set on a beautiful farm in the Bedfordshire countryside.
