Shipping & Returns Policy

I. Order Processing & Confirmation

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

II. Domestic UK Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  If your order is to be shipped outside the UK, then we will have to get a custom quotation.  Please bear in mind that shipping and any applicable taxes can add up and you are solely responsible for paying any applicable shipping and handling cost. 

III. Local Delivery Inside the United Kingdom

Deliveries are made Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 except for holidays.  We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

IV. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries but will need to generate a custom price quote if shipping outside the UK.  If you are shipping outside the UK, its best to contact us or to send an email to contact@vanille-vanille.com to confirm your order and shipping cost.

Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vanille Vanille is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

IV.  Checking Status of an Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us or send an email to care@vanille-vanille.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

V.  Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  For more details please visit our return policy page 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
