A pinch of salt, and a dash of chili piquin, both infused with our rich premium Mexican vanilla beans will leave you mesmerized.

The aroma of our Mexican vanilla salt & piquin is full-bodied, cordial, discreetly spicy, delicately fruity, and is perfectly compatible with garlic or ginger. The optimal mix for all those who appreciate the fruity component of chili peppers but don't like it as spicy.

What Does It Taste Like?

Here you will find the sweet and woody aroma of Mexican vanilla and the fruity and spicy aroma of chilli. Everything is complemented with fine sea salt.

How Is It Used?

Mexican vanilla salt and chili pepper go well with fish, smoked salmon, and chicken. It especially refines the flavor of crustaceans and mussels such as scallops. But it gives other birds and vegetables an individual scent.

It can also be used for rice, asparagus, avocado, pumpkin or for soups, to round sauces or as a special and exotic dressing for a raw vegetable salad. Seasoning salt is especially suitable for carrots.
