  • 1 liter of whole milk
  • 1 natural yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla flavor or 1 vanilla pod
  • 3 tablespoons whole milk powder (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons caster sugar


  1. Start by heating the milk.
  2. Split the vanilla pod in half and scrape the seeds so that its fragrance permeates the milk.
  3. Then let the milk cool and remove the pod.
  4. Add the yoghurt and beat the mixture to make it homogeneous.
  5. If you are using powdered milk, take a bowl in which you mix the powdered milk and yogurt before adding them to the vanilla milk.
  6. Then add the sugar and stir well.
  7. Transfer your preparation to the pots and put them without their lids in your yogurt maker.
  8. Program your device for 10 hours.
  9. Place your pots in the fridge once cooking is over.
