  • 2 salmon pavers
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 leeks
  • 25 cl of liquid cream
  • 1/2 vanilla pod
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Olive oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 210 ° C (thermostat 7).
  2. Peel the carrots, cut into small sticks and then into small cubes.
  3. Do the same with the white leeks.
  4. In a frying pan, put 1 tablespoon of olive oil and cook vegetables over low heat and covered (add a little water if necessary) until they are tender.
  5. Meanwhile, boil the cream with the vanilla split in half and scraped to recover the small black seeds it contains.
  6. Brew a little while.
  7. When the vegetables are ready, add the vanilla cream, salt and pepper slightly so as not to mask the taste of vanilla.
  8. Prepare two sheets of aluminum foil.
  9. Place half of the vegetables in the center of each and place on top of the salmon.
  10. Pepper lightly.
  11. Close the wraps and bake for about 20 minutes (depending on the size of the pavers).
  12. Serve with rice or fresh pasta.
